With Printer Leasing, you rent a Multifunctional printer which is appropriate for your organisation's requirements. Printer rental, maintenance and consumables are all included in your monthly fee.

You have a service contract with us, which means you can call us if you have a printer issue and we will respond immediately. 9 times out of 10 we can help you remotely or will arrange a callout if necessary.

You won't have to invest a lot of capital in a printer, you simply pay an affordable monthly fee, which is 100% tax deductible, and you will receive prompt service if things go wrong.

We choose to partner with HP for their outstanding range of printers. From basic small office printers to enterprise level multifunctional machines, there is an ideal solution for every organisation. Coupled with this, HP offers a unique e-waste minimisation solution with its Planet Partner recycling programme.
